From President Dick Gaylord's Report-
Yesterday, I saw an
article in TIME
magazine
that every REALTOR® and consumer should read.
We've been working for months now to inform potential
homebuyers that national headlines about the housing market
are misleading, and it looks like TIME has gotten the message.

|
The economic stimulus package enacted into law last week
includes increases to conforming and FHA loan limits. Find
out what the new limits and other provisions mean to
REALTORS and get a sense of how loan limits will rise in
the nation's various markets based on preliminary NAR
estimates at
NAR's
Economic Stimulus Resource Center.

Green
margins save lots of paper
Want to save about a ream of paper per person in your office?
It's easy - just change the margins on your default Word
document settings from 1 to 0.5 inches. This simple technique
will make your office greener by reducing paper use and also
will save you money.
When you change your settings, it significantly reduces paper
use. To change settings in Microsoft® Word XP, go to File,
Page Setup, Margins, and change top and bottom. Then click on
Default which will change the template.
Just this little bit of simple effort will have a noticeable
impact on both your bottom line and the planet.
