Positive Happenings in Louisiana
Report shows rise in B.R. home prices
Once again, a national report says Capital Region home
prices increased by 3% month to month. The
LoanPerformance Home Price Index says prices were up
in Baton Rouge in October when compared with a year
earlier, the second straight month a 3% hike was
reported. The HPI is compiled by First American
CoreLogic from public records sources such as property
sales, tax assessments and mortgage filings.
