C. Layne Dodd, Notary, President has been in the financial services industry since 1992. A finance graduate of Louisiana State University, he has a background in commercial and retail banking including mortgage banking and financial analysis. Layne is a licensed title insurance agent and licensed real estate salesperson. His lending experience offers him the ability to anticipate and better meet the needs of his banker and lender clients.

Bruce W. Dodd, Attorney, Vice-President has been practicing law in Louisiana since 1990. A graduate of Southern University Law School, he is a member of both the Louisiana and Baton Rouge Bar Associations. Bruce is active in community and charitable activities including The Bishop Ott Community Shelter.
