Louisiana Title Services, Inc. was formed in 1984, to handle the real estate closing needs of Realtors, lenders, brokers and builders throughout the Baton Rouge area. We are a family owned and operated business for over 20 years. Our father, Lawrence Roe Dodd, founded Louisiana Title Services and worked many years to build a solid foundation for the business.  In 1997 the management and ownership of the business was passed on to us, his sons, Bruce and Layne Dodd.  We have set the pace for excellence in customer service and communication. We strive for that excellence in every transaction we take on. Our loyalty and dedication to our community is unsurpassed.

As a full service agency, we offer the entire spectrum of real estate title services from the basic title search and report to a fully insured closing. As an independent agent of two of the strongest title insurers, Fidelity National Financial and Stewart Title Guaranty Company, we have the expertise and ability to provide the most comprehensive title insurance coverage available in the industry.
